Description:
The Track model rear spoiler (also available as a factory option) design fits the styling of all 350Z models very well. We've worked with our local supplier to produce a carbon fiber version that takes that appearance style up a notch without detracting from the original body lines. This version of the OE Style Rear Spoiler is made of high quality Carbon Fiber with high gloss finish (see Related Items for the Fiberglass), and comes ready to install. It installs simply using pre-installed automotive grade double sided tape; no drilling or other permanent modifications required!

Gloss finished carbon fiber pairs especially well with high gloss paints, wraps, and coatings, but also creates an interesting contrast with low and semi-gloss style finishes (such as flat, matte, and satin). The pictures don't do justice to the great, gloss look of the carbon fiber in person; they look great!

Deck Lid Support Note:
If you are adding this spoiler to your 350Z that did not come with one already, or if you are replacing either an aftermarket or Nissan Accessory spoiler, you may need to replace the tailgate shocks as part of the installation. Nissan included heavier duty deck lid supports and mounting brackets with on models that came with the spoiler, and the Factory Option spoilers also included these as part of the installation kit. See 30-8279 in Related Items for our HD Deck Support Kit needed for this spoiler.

Installation Notes:
If your Z currently has a Rear Spoiler or Wing (other than the factory installed standard coupe spoiler), since it will need to be removed prior to installing another, there are couple of things to consider. If what you are replacing is a different style from what you are installing, it may be necessary to fill un-covered holes left from the original installation. In addition, some may have been attached with adhesives, even if they were factory or dealer installed. If that is the case, a heat gun or hair dryer should be used to allow safe removal of the old Spoiler, otherwise damage may occur to the paint. If you are unfamiliar with these procedures, professional installation is recommended. Contact us for help and recommendations.
