Description:
The K&N Premium Oil Filter does a job your stock unit just can't match. It filters the smallest particles while allowing the maximum flow of lubricant (up to 10 gallons per minute). The K&N Oil Filter has an exclusive anti-drain back valve, which means quicker circulation of lubricant on start up. Another feature of the HP Series filter is the 1" nut on top of the filter case, which makes tightening and removal simple and removes the need for special oil filter wrenches. Best of all, it is a direct replacement for the standard filter.

Note:
K&N has superceded the original oil filter for all 300ZX models to this part instead. It is overall slightly smaller in size, which does slightly reduce its overall capacity, but does not have an impact on its performance. (Consider that the official Nismo VERUSPEED Oil Filter is still much smaller than this option and while also being one of the best performing filters available; see Related Items.)
