Update! Our new Heavy Duty manifold studs are now available for purchase! The upgraded studs are stronger, and less expensive, than these factory originals. Unless you are restoring your Z to exact factory specifications, the new studs are the way to go! See 14-1701-1 in Related Items for the upgraded replacement for this stud.
Availability:
Nissan has drastically increased their pricing on these studs, which has increased the cost significantly. While we are still searching Japan for all possible options on factory manifold studs, at this time it appears that pricing in Japan has also increased by similar amounts. If you believe you will still want this factory Nissan stud, please give our sales technicians a call at (714)639-2620 for a quote.

Description:
This genuine, original equipment (OEM) stud fits closest to the firewall on the exhaust manifold. It is used to mount the Rear Engine Slinger and Rear Bypass Tube along with the manifold. Sold individually. See Related Items for our complete manifold kit.
260Z Note:
1974 models originally used a different stud to mount the rear engine slinger, which Nissan discontinued many years ago. While this stud can be used in its place, we recommend using the longest of the manifold studs instead; see 14-1701 in Related Items.
Plating Note:
As with many of the OEM hardware, fittings, caps, and other plated components, Nissan no longer uses the original plating that gave these manifold studs their "yellow zinc" appearance. Nissan has used several different types of plating on metal components over the years, and it is not uncommon to receive pieces with different appearances (especially when ordering in quantity). The current plating used on these genuine Nissan studs gives them a more silver appearance. Note that the image shows the original plating; new images coming soon.
