Update! Our new Heavy Duty manifold studs are now available for purchase! The upgraded studs are stronger, and less expensive, than these factory originals. Availability:
Nissan has drastically increased their pricing on these studs, which has increased the cost significantly. While we are still searching Japan for all possible options on factory manifold studs, at this time it appears that pricing in Japan has also increased by similar amounts. If you believe you will still want this factory Nissan stud, please give our sales technicians a call at (714)639-2620 for a quote.

Description:
This genuine, original equipment (OEM) stud fits with the Intake/Exhaust Manifold Spacers where the intake and exhaust manifolds meet on carbureted engines. Fuel Injected models use this stud on the entire exhaust manifold and the lower intake manifold. Sold individually; see notes below for quantities and application details. See Related Items for our complete manifold kits.
Quantity Required:
*260Z Note:
1974 models originally used 6 of this stud along with a different stud to mount the rear engine slinger, which Nissan discontinued many years ago. While the 240Z stud can be used in its place, we recommend using this manifold stud instead. If you still have your original rear stud, or you plan to use the 240Z stud instead, you will only need 6 of this stud.
**75-83 Note:
Fuel injected 280Z/ZX Engines all use one size manifold stud. The remaining hardware positions for the Intake Manifold use larger bolts instead. If you are converting to Carburetors, you will need to switch from the original upper bolts to studs instead (6 studs for 70-73 configurations or 7 for 74 configuration).
Plating Note:
As with many of the OEM hardware, fittings, caps, and other plated components, Nissan no longer uses the original plating that gave these manifold studs their "yellow zinc" appearance. Nissan has used several different types of plating on metal components over the years, and it is not uncommon to receive pieces with different appearances (especially when ordering in quantity). The current plating used on these genuine Nissan studs gives them a more silver appearance. Note that the image shows the original plating; new images coming soon.
