Description:
The rear crossmember (also called a subframe) is a critical supporting structure on 300ZX-Z31 models. It serves as the primary connecting point for several suspension and driveline components, including the rear control arms, rear sway bar, and the differential, while also adding rigidity to the body. Z31 models rarely need a replacement, as they can withstand a considerable amount of abuse (in most cases, the bushings are all that needs to be replaced; see Related Items). If the rear crossmember on your 300ZX has been damaged enough to warrant replacement, this genuine, original equipment (OEM) replacement is your best option.
