Description:
Whether you choose an air cleaner assembly (such as ITG Single or Triple Carb Air Cleaner) or an individual filter option (Weber Filter Socks or Mesh Screens), some type of cover over the inlet of your Weber DCOE Carburetors is always recommended. With that said, there will be times when the filters need to be removed while the carbs are left in place, and generally open to the elements. Additionally, there is also something special about the way those DCOE's look with open air horns (especially at your local car meet or Z-Club gathering). If you find yourself in a situation where your carbs will be left unprotected for an extended period of time, these covers are the perfect alternative to keep dirt, debris, and other unwanted objects (or even living creatures in some areas!) out of the inlets of your DCOE's. They simply slip over the end of the air horns and pop right off when the time comes. Each cap fits over both air horns of a single DCOE carburetor. Sold individually; 1 cover required per carburetor (3 required for standard Z configuration).

Note:
Weber specifies these for 45 DCOE carburetors only. If you need covers for your 40 DCOE carbs, you may be able to use these covers; however, additional support may be required in order to keep them in place (such as oversized zip ties).
