Description:
This genuine, original equipment (OEM) seal kit includes all of the proper seals and gaskets for the float bowl assembly, regardless of which version of the Datsun S.U. carburetors you have installed on your Z. Unlike most aftermarket rebuild kits, this kit still includes metal sealing washers where they were originally used, along with the correct gaskets for the float bowl top and the dipstick (aftermarket kits typically use softer gaskets than the originals). Whether you are replacing the filter in the fuel inlet, adjusting the float level, or fully rebuilding your carbs, this kit includes the best seals. One kit is required per carburetor, and can be used on either the front OR rear carburetor.

Notes:
This gasket kit covers several different Datsun made S.U. carburetors. Depending on the carburetors you have installed, you may not end up needing every seal in this kit (this is also the case with standard rebuild kits too). In particular, not all carburetors came with a drain screw on the float bowl assembly. Additionally, some models used a vent tube fitting (vented to the air cleaner) which uses 1 washer while others used a simple banjo style vent (uses 2 washers). The damper dipstick gasket replaces the originals on all Datsun S.U. carbs, although there may be a slight difference in appearance for some.
