The transmission fill plug can wear over time. Sometimes they end up cross-threaded; other times the fittings end up rounded off. In some cases, they are simply lost, never to be seen ever again. This genuine, original equipment (OEM) fill plug fits late 4 and 5 speed non-turbo (71B, 71C) manual transmissions. We recommend inspecting both transmission plugs every time you change your trans oil. Sold individually.

Not for 280ZX Turbo models equipped with Borg-Warner (90A) transmissions.
