Description:
This genuine, original equipment (OEM) flat washer fits in the center recess of the differential output shaft for the mounting bolt. It is part of the hardware that secures the output shaft to the differential, and fits between the lock washer and sealing o-ring. Sold individually; 1 required per side (2 per car). See Related Items for the sealing o-ring, along with the lock washer. Fits R-180 type differentials only (R-200 type differentials use a C-clip instead; see Related Items).
*74-78 Note:
Some 74-78 R-180 differentials use 4-bolt flange assemblies like the 240Z, while others use yoke shafts instead (the same as the 280ZX R180). The exact dates on when these flange assemblies were used varies on which resource you are referencing; the parts books and microfiche list different dates that overlap widely as an example. These use different bolts, but the washers and o-rings are the same.
