July 28, 2021 - To our valued customers: Please continue your patience with us as we work through the effects of the Pandemic and the resulting raw materials shortages across the entire automotive industry. Unfortunately, adding to those issues; our in-house Server crashed this week, which is keeping us from normal order fulfillment operations (operations of our online store are unaffected). We are sending all the orders we can, but there may be delays in getting you information about your order. We are hopeful that the technicians can get everything back up and running soon. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
Additionally, for our International Customers, or any who would have difficulty calling us with payment information: We cannot currently input your orders from email alone. You will need to input your order directly in our online store. Note that nothing will be charged or authorized when you do, and we’ll have all the information necessary to get you shipping estimates, and will contact you. Charging will take place after you’ve authorized the final totals and product is ready to ship. Thank you for your understanding.
