New Company Hours, March 22, 2021
To Our Loyal Customers:
Being down another Sales Technician due to the pandemic, we’ve had to reconsider our service hours. While our online store, The Z Store.com, is always open, our phone center, and Curbside Pickup from our showroom in Orange, will now be closed on Sundays & Mondays. We will remain open Tuesday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm, and on Saturdays from 9am to 1pm. This will allow our staff to ship more orders on time, and respond to your inquiries faster.
We’ll all be working even harder to service your needs in a timely fashion. Our team members will get orders out, and answer your inquiries as quickly as possible. We believe that this change will reduce delays in processing your order, answering your email, or returning your phone call.
This is an unprecedented time for the auto restoration parts industry. The supply chain interruptions have been substantial, and ongoing. Additionally, the demand for products has never been higher. We’re working hard to increase inventory and reduce turn-around time for the parts you want.
