Important E-Mail Notice To Our Loyal Customers
We have observed an increasing number of widespread email issues recently, where messages sent are getting automatically placed in spam folders, or blocked entirely and not delivered. We have conferred with FedEx and Endicia, our shipping partners, who are also having email issues. This has especially been true with Microsoft's Hotmail and Outlook.com emails, but has also been observed with Gmail, Yahoo, and many other email providers. We, and our host/server companies, are working to resolve any problems, but recently there seem to be delays and difficulties in doing so for some unknown reason.
What You Can Do To Always Receive Our E-Mails:
First, always check your "junk" mail folder for our emails. Then, in whatever email program you are using, they will have a method by which you can insure that you'll always get our order confirmations, replies to your questions, etc. Generally in email settings (sometimes not available in a phone application, but only on a desktop site) there will be a way for you to set all emails from @motorsportauto.com as "Trusted", "Approved", "Safe", "Whitelisted", or similar (the "domain" to input as "trusted" would be "motorsportauto.com"). When you check your junk mail folder, these options should also be noted there in whatever menus your email program offers.

In addition to placing the entire domain "motorsportauto.com" as "trusted" in your email program, or if you aren't able to do so for some reason, you can also approve/whitelist/safe sender the following important specific emails from us (as well as adding them to your address book):
To insure you get tracking emails from our shipping partners, also list TrackingUpdates@fedex.com and firstname.lastname@example.org as "safe/trusted/approved senders", and add them to your address book.
