Covid-19 Updates
Important Update, January 6, 2021
To our loyal customers: In addition to being down two sales technicians, another team member has had to temporarily quarantine out of an abundance of caution due to the pandemic. Our remaining team members will get orders out as quickly as we can, however there may be delays in processing your order, answering your email, or returning your phone call. Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience, and thank you for your patience as we all work through this difficult season together.

Our apologies if you have experienced a delay in receiving your order, an answer to your email, or a longer-than-normal wait on hold when calling us.
This is an extraordinary time for the auto restoration parts industry. The supply chain interruptions have been substantial. Additionally, the demand for products has never been higher. We’re working hard to increase inventory and reduce turn-around time for the parts you want.
We have also lost some valuable team members due to the challenges of the pandemic. Our website hiring announcement has attracted some wonderful applicants, and we’ll be back to full strength soon.
In the meantime, please know that we’re doing everything possible to make sure you receive the customer service you deserve. Thank you for your patience and your business.

Temporary Hour Change: While www.thezstore.com is always open, beginning Tuesday, October 27, 2020, we are temporarily altering our telephone and showroom hours. The new hours will be 9-5 Monday-Friday, and 9-1 Saturday, Pacific Time (unless noted differently above). Thank you for your understanding.
For Internet or Phone orders: TheZStore.com will remain open, as will most of our suppliers, so we hope to continue to ship orders as normally as possible. If you need to contact us, you can still do so by email or phone, at info@motorsportauto.com, or (800)633-6331 (or (714)639-2620 for international or cell phone calls).
U.S. Postal Service international service disruptions: The USPS has announced that there are a number of countries they are temporarily suspending service from. You can check the latest list and updates at https://about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts/international/welcome.htm.
Shipping Carriers Update: Both USPS and FedEx are now stating that there may be service delays, and normal shipping times are not guaranteed. You can check for updates from FedEx at https://www.fedex.com/en-us/coronavirus.html, and USPS at https://www.usps.com. Thank you.
For In-Store Curbside Pickup: Due to restrictions enacted by the State of California because of the Covid-19 virus, we're temporarily modifying our brick and mortar showroom procedures, at 1135 W Collins Avenue in Orange, CA. If you come to our physical showroom to order parts, you'll need to call us at a special number (displayed at our door) when you arrive. We'll process your order over the phone immediately while you wait. You'll need to pay by credit card (show your ID and credit card (Note: debit cards can also be used as a credit card)), or PayPal (show your PayPal email), or Cash (exact change only), and we'll place your parts and receipt in an outdoor "curbside pick up area" for you.
