Description: The Wheelskins Company goes to great lengths to make sure these covers are unmatched by other brands! The genuine leather material is specially selected for this application, providing a snug fit as well as a comfortable grip. An exclusive patented reinforcement is added in the stitching area to prevent the lacing from pulling or tearing the leather. Special high strength nylon cording is included with the needle. Note that the stitching is only at the ends of the leather, on the underside of the wheel rim. The entire wheel rim has nothing but smooth leather except for this small area where the stitching is completed.
