Under hard braking and aggressive cornering the stock tension rods with rubber bushings can give a vague steering response. These steel adjustable tension rods, made by Stillen, give a precise, responsive feel, and even can adjust the caster and wheel base. If you've ever hit a parking curb too hard, you can lose wheel base adjustment that until now could only be fixed with an expensive trip to the frame shop. Alignment will be required after installation.
