Spring Kit Info:
Proper lowering can improve handling and the fun factor in your car. Before you choose a different set of "lowering springs", or try to do so on your own, check the details. These performance springs lower 350Z's from 3/4" to 1" from stock ride height. Excessive lowering reduces ground clearance and suspension travel. It can cause a number of problems including: Stress cracks in the body or chassis; damaged suspension parts (such as shocks); reduced adhesion causing poor handling and braking; severe tire wear; and a harsh ride. These Tokico springs won't have those problems, and are manufactured from the finest alloy spring steel and are engineered to provide excellent handling without destroying ride quality.
Strut/Shock Info:
Tokico designed the 350Z version of their ultra-popular HP line to be the perfect Street Performance Struts, ESPECIALLY for lowered 350Z's. Tokico increased the rebound damping by 25% to firmly control lateral body movement. However, since the 350Z struts are already quite firm from the factory, they only slightly increased the compression damping, in order to keep the firm performance ride quality & feel, without the bone-jarring effects of over-stiff compression damping. We think you'll love the results!
